Our Sports Parties for Ages 3 to 10 are customized to you! You pick the sports you want to play and we organize age-appropriate contests and activities everyone can play. Our parties are great for pre-schoolers looking to have some fun, older experienced athletes looking to get their game on, and everyone in between.

Mobile sports parties - we come to you!
We typically book parties up to three months in advance. If the month you want is not yet open for registration, please call us at 615-891-7028 and we can assist you further.
In-facility parties (Sports and Glow parties):
*PRIVATE Party-Only one party in our Franklin facility at a time...no sharing space or activities with the general public.
*15 minutes of Open Play will be included at the start of each party to allow for a casual start and to allow latecomers to arrive before organized activities begin.
*One hour of sports activities led by our professional staff. *Sports activities customized to your child's preferences. Included are activities from our soccer, basketball, baseball and/or football classes, field day games, relay races and more!
*30 minutes after the games for food, drink, cake and happy birthday!
*Paper goods; table cover, paper plates, napkins, utensils included
*Party helper for assistance with set-up/clean-up of food and drink and serving guests
*T-shirt for the birthday child
*Party favor bag (with inexpensive "reward" toy and temporary tattoo for all guests)
*You bring your own cake, food and drink
*Optional Logo'd Sports Bottles at Party Favors: $3ea
Package Pricing: In-facility parties up to 30 kids.
Weekends - Sat/Sun:
Cost: $329 for the first 16 children (including birthday child), plus $10 per child beyond 16 who attend and participate.
** To ensure a great party, we will have a max child / coach ratio of 10:1. If your party is confirmed for 21 or more kids, we will add a third coach and the minimum cost will be $379**
There is no charge for parents or for other children who attend but do not participate.
Fantastic Fridays - Fridays 1:15-3:00pm - up to 20 kids
Cost: $249 for the first 16 children (including birthday child), plus $10 per child beyond 16 to a max of 20, who attend and participate.

Mobile parties:
We send 2 coaches and equipment to run one hour of activities at a location of your choosing - can be a back yard, park etc (you reserve the space). Package is good for up to 20 children. For parties over 20 kids, a third coach is strongly recommended, if available, for an additional $90. If your party may require a third coach, please call before booking so that we can confirm staffing.

Weekdays and custom Saturday times: Please call to inquire as additional charges may apply to accommodate a custom time outside our normal offered party time slots. We are not currently offering Sunday mobile parties.
Base mobile party pricing is good for up to 20 participants.
Party participants:

Up to 20 kids, base rate ($249)

21-24 kids, base rate plus $15 per child over 20 (we can accommodate up to 24 kids with two coaches, but with over 20 kids a 3rd coach is recommended for the quality of your party)

25-30 kids, base rate ($249) + $90 for 3rd coach (3rd coach required for 25 or more kids)
**Online bookings are only guaranteed for 2 coaches. If a third coach may be required, call BEFORE booking so that we can confirm staff availability**
30 is our maximum for mobile parties. If more than 30 children attend and participate, there will be a $20 per child charge for every child over 30.
Mobile parties are available for locations within an approximate 25 minute drive time of our 109 Rand Place, Franklin facility. Parties at locations further than this may incur an additional charge for commute time.
The Fine Print:
For all parties a $150 non-refundable deposit is collected at time of booking.
Changes to bookings can be done up to one month before the original party date, based on availability. In these cases the new party booking must be within one month of the original date. No changes allowed within one month of the party date unless the birthday child is sick or injured, documented by a doctor's note.
Prices do not include optional gratuities for our coaches.
